Mail & My Account Outage
Affecting: ADSL, My Account, NBN

Resolved

A failed power distribution unit at a datacentre in Sydney affected some services for a period of 30 minutes. Mail (POP3, IMAP, SMTP) and 'My Account' were affected. Customers with NBN and DSL will have experienced some delays due to reduced authentication capacity when connecting after a modem reboot. Services have been migrated and full service has been restored.
