We are currently investigating a total outage on voip and NBN phone services, engineers are working on the issue and hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Resolved

Most services affected by this mornings outage have been restored, if your service is still down please restart your NBN modem and contact support on 132210 if services are not restored after modem reboot.

Investigating

There is currently an issue affecting NBN services nationwide. We have detected a number of services offline this morning and are currently investigating the cause with our vendors. Further updates will be provided as they come to hand.
