NBN Authentication issue
Affecting: NBN


Replacement of faulty Line card has rectified the NBN stability issues, if any NBN customer is still have issues with their service please call our support team on 1300 303 375.

Maintenance works have been completed, if your NBN service is currently offline please turn the power off on your modem for 5 minutes before powering the device back up and retest your internet connection.

An emergency maintenance window has been scheduled between the hours of 2am and 3am on 1 February 2017 which will effect SpinTel NBN customers (only) nationwide. We anticipate a service disruption of approximately 10 minutes where you will not be connected to the network. This outage is to replace faulty equipment identified from this outage.

NBN services have been stable for the last 12 hours, if you are still experiencing problems with your NBN service please power cycle your modem and wait a few minutes before trying to access the internet.

Outage has been attributed to a hardware fault, a line card reset has been performed and services have been restored to most users. A new line card is being dispatched to site.

Some Authentication and data flow issues have been detected on the SpinTel NBN network and our engineers are working on a solution. Futher updates to come.
