Authentication issues

Authentication issues are now resolved, please power cycle your modem and if you are still having issues contact support on 132210.

Engineers are currently investigating authentication issues on adsl and NBN services, Users are are reporting being unable to connect to the internet.

Mobile Data issues
Affecting: 4G Mobile, Mobile Broadband


Mobile data issues are now resolved, if you are still having service difficulties please call support on 13220.

We are currently investigating an issue where some mobile services are unable to use mobile data or are still data suspended from the previous month. Further updates will be provided as they come to hand.
