We are currently experiencing intermittent call issues on our NBN phone and VoIP services. Our wholesaler and engineers are currently working on the issue and you may experience some further drop outs or call quality issues throught the evening.

All authentication and data flow issues have been resolved. A fault was identified in our wholesaler's network. Please power cycle your modem hardware if your services are still offline. If the power cycle does not restore services please contact support on 1300 303 375
