An excavator has arrived at the site and is currently digging through to expose both ends of the broken fibre. Spare cable and joints have also been sourced and delivered to the site by the fibre crew. Based on current observations the fibre team has provided a tentative ETR at 0100 AEDT 27/10/2020.


Our wholesaler's engineers have identified the issue, an optical fibre break, and are working to restore affected customers.
