Engineers have identified a power interruption stemming from an exchange in Mareeba causing the protection path of a major link to go down. A team has mobilized on site to perform troubleshooting. ETR of this fault is 3PM AEST.

Monitoring has detected an issue in Cairns and surrounding areas, nbn services are currently offline. Engineers are investigating the cause of this issue, an update will be provided as it comes to hand.
