We have confirmation from Field team that all fibres have been spliced successfully and all associated alarms are cleared.

Identified

A fibre break in the Wilton area has been identified and restoration work is underway, with fibre crews installing approximately 50 metres of replacement cable while civil teams excavate a trench to support a temporary joint. Once installation and jointing are completed, technicians will carry out final testing to confirm service stability. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to restore services as quickly as possible.
