The earlier service interruption was caused by an unexpected router crash and subsequent reboot.

All services have now been restored and are operating normally. We are conducting a root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Most customers should see their service automatically re-connect. If your service has not restored, please power cycle your modem.

We apologise for the disruption and appreciate your patience.

Monitoring has detected a drop out in some nbn services in NSW and SA, there was a loss of connectivity for approximately 5 minutes. Services have recovered and you may need to power cycle your modem if you are still offline.
