We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

Replacement hardware installation is now complete and is operating within Spec.

If you are still having service issues please reboot your modem and contact support on 132210 if issues persist.

Identified

At approximately 12:01am access to the Spintel network was lost, and a faulty line card in a core routing hardware unit is the most likely component. Services were restored at 1:15am but may go down again at some stage this morning whilst the faulty card is swapped out.

Next update after that has occurred.
